        ?     殺菌防腐劑主要是通過殺死細菌或使其失去生長繁殖能力來保證物料在使用過程中不產(chǎn)生腐敗變質(zhì)。殺菌防腐劑可使微生物中的蛋白質(zhì)變性，降低細胞的活性，促使細菌死亡，也可使微生物的細胞遺傳基因發(fā)生變異或干擾細胞內(nèi)部酶的活性使其難以繁殖。那么怎么樣知道殺菌防腐劑成分是什么？
                殺菌防腐劑
             1、2—苯并異噻唑啉-3-酮（BIT）；

             2、甲基-4-異噻唑啉-3-酮（MIT）和5-氯-2-甲基-4-異噻唑啉-3-酮（CIT）； 

             3、2-正辛基-4-異噻唑啉-3-酮（OIT）；
